Born and raised in West Yorkshire – England, music has always been the heartbeat of my life. From an early age, I discovered a deep passion for singing that would shape my journey and ignite my soul. It all began in school, where the enchanting melodies of musicals, the infectious rhythms of pop, the heartfelt expressions of soul, and the improvisational spirit of jazz captivated my heart. Singing became my refuge, my truest form of self-expression. It made me feel alive, and it made me feel like me.

I count myself incredibly fortunate to have pursued my passion at the prestigious Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), where I honed my craft and earned a degree in Performing Arts Music. The invaluable training and mentorship I received at LIPA paved the way for remarkable opportunities. As I delved into songwriting, embraced the spotlight in musical productions on land and sea, and stepped into the world of the performing arts. My love for music propelled me to new heights as I signed with a reputable independent record label, gracing stages around the UK and overseas with my own jazz band. I experienced the sheer joy of connecting with audiences.

Alongside my singing career, I have devoted the past 18 years to coaching and mentoring aspiring singers, actors, dancers and musicians. Sharing my expertise with students of all levels in schools, colleges, and universities in the UK and across the world. I have had the privilege of witnessing their growth and transformation. Guiding them towards discovering their unique voices and unleashing their potential has been a truly fulfilling experience.

Continuing my pursuit of excellence, I am thrilled to share that I am on the path to becoming an Estill Master Trainer. This prestigious achievement will further enhance my ability to empower singers and equip them with advanced techniques and knowledge. With this certification, I will bring an even deeper understanding of the vocal mechanism and new versatility to my coaching, ensuring that my students receive the highest level of training available.
